Wife's mother has demanded a lump sum amount of INR 30 Lakh. She is claiming this amount from my parental income also. They have mentioned that our total montly earning is Rs 2lakh a month this includes my mother and father's pension. My father recently has expired.
My question is - Can a woman claim money from my parents as well under Domestic Violence??

No she can not claim maintenace from your parents.

But she has writen about my mother and father's profession as well and falsely (without any evidence) claiming that our monthly income is 2lakh. Also where she is writing that we are so rich at the same time accusing us for asking HONDA CITY and torturing her b*st*rd daughter.
She is yet to file 406 and 125.

A claim made is not equal to a claim given, she may claim that you have an income of 10 lac a month....That is why we have courts where a smart lawyer puts your contentions forward....
It's always good to have no lawyer instead of a bad one.....
