False dowry/dv

What is the hierrarchy of appeal if a case for DV/Dowry is filed in family court?

what is the maintainence is granted by court ,but husband need to appeal ?

do he need to pay interim maintainence as granted  by court or it is to be decided after appeal?

The court of appeal would be High Court is the state. You can pray the court to issue in interim order to put hold on interim maintenance. Otherwise, you would be requried to pay the interim amount as ordered by the Family Court.

hello,

DV case is filed to magistrate and appeal lie in court of session within thirty days from the date on which order made by magistrate is served on the aggrieved person or the repondent . ( sec 29 of PWDV)
