false dowry complaint nd mutual divorce

Marriage is 5 month old. Wife filed false dowry nd harassment complaint with women cell. Now Both parties ready for mutual divorce . How can i proceed further nd how i should pay the amount decided mutually. Plz guide wat is the legal process.

1 year minimum qualifications for applying divorce in India.

Decide terms and conditions in CAW Cell and wait for completion of one year. After one year file mutual divorce.
