False domicile - liable for ipc 420?

Hi All,

Please suggest,

My deserted wife has applied to various Government jobs including UPPCS under different domicile ( I have the admit card). Can she be sued for the same on any section of IPC (420 etc)?

Secondly, her father claiming she took admissions in some XYZ college by paying INR 1 lac for the last session (2010-2011) which is going to continue till Dec 2011. I have recorded the same. So as per the claim she applied when she was with me in Dec 2010 without my knowledge and thats why she deserted me? Can this be treated as a strong evidence.

Please suggest.

Regards,

Rohit

Does anyone here have the guts to book Mr. Manmohan Singh for getting elected to Rajya Sabha from Assam on the basis of false Domicile certification? This is a lawyers site and we expect a few, at least to get him in Tihar.
