Complainant filed a Domestic Violence against me and parents.
Original complaint states marital life in Singapore. And she was thrown out of house in Singapore.
DV Protection officer has stated complainant thrown out of parents' house in Delhi to bring in jurisdiction.
Can I seek discharge for parents? Can they file any case against Protection Officer for fabricating? Does this need sanction?

you can flle petition under section 2(q) of the said act to get ur parents relieved from this .
