It is good to see that SC is making its views known about 498A law.

Though judiciary realises that 498A is being misused at its worst, why cant SC direct Govt. to amend it?

filing false 498a should be made crime !! . To stop misuse , However , lawyers determine the destiny of the case( only in 498a ), In all other matrimonial cases deciders are only husband and wife .
