false case

I was booked in a false case by a company founder ,he has taken money from the employees for the job and without paying the pending salaries to the employees for many months he filed a case under sec 341 and sec 384ipc on the employees and absconded, case was registered in 2018 and i noticed it in 2023 and how to get out this case please suggest.

Have you recieved any summons from the Court to stand trial? If not, what is the source of your information?

no didnt recieve anything from the court,but i have seen the FIR in the state police app online

If you are sure of the fIR registered against you, then obtain a certified copy of the FIR and file a quash petition before high court to quash the FIR.You contact a lawyer in the local and proceed as suggested.
