We are made thrice RTI application for status of Govt Qtr of Medical College and Hospital, where the Authority is Medical Superintendent cum Vice Principal.
Each and every time the authority has supply the information as the concern qtr is still vacant and key locked. originally the same is in used illegally and doing the business of women trafficking.
We are already informed the same to local PS. Local PS also manipulate and pass the wrong information to us as the same has vacant as per their physical verified.
Now we are engaged a Lincesed holder Private detective agency to catch the real story.
as per detective's video, Photography and written statement that the concern qtr is being used by Gajen Das since 2years.
Now questions is that what is the way to challenge the reply of MSVP and Local PS reply as they had supply the wrong information to Public.
what is the reason for that kind of reply?
How they would be punished under law.
kindly suggest.

If you got wrong information from RTI , then you should go for First Appeal within appeal time. In your appeal you explain your points. The First Appellate authority will ensure that the PIO gives you correct information under RTI Act.
