What criminal & civil remedies are available against person who has filed false affidavit in MCD?
Some details of the case :
A person filed a false affidavit as part of mutation application to MCD. This property is involved in litigation and Delhi High Court has granted a stay against the person who filed the false affidavit with MCD and got the property mutated in his name during the pendency of the case.
