False 498a ground for divorce

Hi dear all,

Can any one please share the latest supreme court judgement on false

and relief to innocent people who all are suffering by this.

Today on TV9 kannada channel same debate and discussion was conducted

where the person who become the lawyer by fighting false case nd at last won the case

shared his views.

If any of u have details regarding this plz share
