False 498a

Hi All, I have few recordings of my wife, MIL, there relative from that it clearly says that this is false 498A. But if they denies in court then ... can judge will listen that recordings. How to show that recordings in court. and when to show please want advice from all of u... thanks RAvindra Sonavane

At the time of trial and evidence you may approach to the Court.

The query has been answered in diffirent forum where you have raised the same query.

 

1. Get transcriptts made of the conversation

2. Keep the original media intact

3. Submit the original media along-with the transcriptt and an affidavit under S. 65B of Indian Evidence Act to get it marked as exhibit.

what if the orignal media has got corrupted , but the copies are available on CD and memory card please let us know.

Shoneeji , Court cant take help of forensic for voice analysis. Genrally if orignal is in the phone memory the phone has a tendency get damaged or dead after 3 to 4 years considering the shelf life of the phone.
