False 498a

3 years back my wfe left my house. Recntly she file conmplaint in woman cell regarding 498a but she failed in that and wonmam cell reject her applicaton My questionm is she still file a case against me and my family??? if yes then what kind of action should i taken to atleast protect my fanmily

To give a certain answer, you will have to furnish a little more information like-

1. When were you married and who took the initial action for divorce?

2. If there have been any proceedings between you two ?

3. Do you have children or not? Whos guardianship are the children in?

4. What were the reasons behind separation?

Wat can be done for you will depend upon what has been up between you two. Before that advising any course of action is futile.

Yes she can always file direct criminal complaints in the court against you and your family for domestic violence as well for cruelty under section 498a IPC . She can file for maintenance u/s 125 Cr. P . C . You can file for divorce against her on the grounds of cruelty and desertion of 2 years or more. The best course that one day you both agree and work out will be divorce by mutual consent, so why not now do the same and resolve this dispute amicably.
