Fake signature on vakalatnama...

Respected Experts....

In one case, the petitioner has submitted the Vakalatnama with fake/duplicate signature of his in the divorce petition as well as in the maintenance petition for the further proceedings...Is the Vakalatmana with the duplicate signature acceptable for the court proceeding ??? or does it amount to rejection of petition or what ???

Please, clarify my doubt...

It is difficult to prove forgery and even after proving, nothing can happen.

How do you know. Let your husband confront the advocate. May be he is playing game with you.

Respected Sir, I asked in one petition not for my husband...As there is one topic as defective vakalatnama in our syllabus thats why when I came across through one petition with duplicate signature of petitioner on vakalatnama differ from the affidavite signature of him...So, asking is this recommendable or lead to defective vakalatnama...
