Fake experience certificates

Just want to have a view as to what are the implications of submitting fake experience certificates at the time of employment in government organizations and if the same have been found after few years of service of some person, can legal action be taken against the person

yes, apart from terminating from the service you shall invite criminal action under IPC.

I believe this is case of fraud and cheating!
