fake dowry case

Need a expert advice ,what precaution to be taken if fake dowry case filed against my parents.My brother got married in Feb 2015 and he went back to Norway ,till that time my Bhahbi stayed with her parents house. On April 8th she went to Norway. Something went wrong with them and my Bhahi came back to India on 24th April and went to her parents home, looks like they will file fake dowry case against my parents.need exert advice on it

dont get into conclusions so soon but if she shows any sign of filing a false case on you then as a precautionary measure file an nc in the local police station that your dil might file false case against you
