FAIR TRIAL RULE

I have heard about "fair trail", but not in the context of Hindu Marriage Act.  Fair trail is nothing but equal opportunity to both the parties.

First opt for conceleation,rather than Trial

Fair trial is nothing to give each & every opportunity to both of the parties in each aspects, to save his/her self by way of any means approved in indian laws by any level of court.

Does it mean "No person shal try to gain benefit of his/ her own wrong"
