As adviced earlier, collect the details of case regarding her death from the police station. If there is no move against you, continue with your studies; otherwise also continue with your studies after engaging a good lawyer for your defence. Best of luck.

Dont worry. The material facts are taken into consideration. If you have spoken for 2-3 hours before the death, this 2-3 hours is the time where many things can happen. She or her family members have hide something which it is not known to you. I dont think that the chargesheet will be filed. Moreover, you are not present at the place so this cannot be termed as your involvement in suicide. There are various ways for which you can get out. First is the delay in filing the FIR. This is the most important issue to see as this fact cannot be dismissed. The initial investigation on the day of the suicide is important. Get the copy of that investigation and statements in RTI. This will come to you for rescue.
