Hello,
My wife has gone to USA along with the children, she is indian citizen with usa green card, children are usa citizen born there. i am in india. we were having lots of family problems and she lfet me and took away the children.
i want to know what case i can file for extradition of children and her back to india.

U can file G & W case on the file of District Judge claiming costudy of ur children. But u have to satisfy the court the paramount of welfare of child.
