Extra marital

Me and my husband are separated since 8years.. 5-6 cases are going on between us.. we don't talk to each other at all.. have come to know from somewhere that my husband has a girlfriend & he has a physical relation also with her.. can anything be done legally? I don't have any proofs.. what does the court do in such matters ?

You cannot do legally to prevent it happening but if you have enough proof you can apply for divorce. The court therefore cannot do much in such a situation other than ignoring it.

When you have decided to part ways, live and let him  live.  Consensus relationship is not illegal, and the spouse affected with that relationship can only state such ground for divorce..  As the process has commenced, you may if you wish may make such submissions this as added information before court for your satisfaction.
