my client is charged under extortion case. it is alleged that my client with 4 others attacked the complainant and fled away with the money. it is further alleged that my client purchased household articles like telivision, fridge etc out of extorted money. the articles belonged to my client and i have the bills to prove the same. i moved an application under section 457 ipc before the magistrate and it is rejected. now i m going to prefer revision before the court of sessions. magistrate has stated in his order that the articles are needed for investigation and if the custody of the articles are given to accused he may alienate the same.
how do i go about?
