Expert suggestions on 'Litigation Tactics' welcome

How to tackle delaying tactics?

Please give comments on all type of delaying tactics that a husband faces in a divorce case by wife. So it would be anticipated in adv. and it would pain less.

Wife is asking for divorce and she is delaying the case also.....How to show this to judge (Can make any application to dismiss it on this basis?)

Thanks in advance.

Adjournments

(personal reasons:: litigant, dependents, legal counsel, witnesses)

(Technicalities::ask for more time for preparation of reply, affidavits, certified of copies, objections,   interrogatories, notice to produce documents, transfers, amendments)

(Post-order::reviews at the same court, revision at upper court, appeal at upper court)

(Post-order::Stay on proceeding/adjournment due to above)

Filing loads of applications and interrogatories

Changing the legal counsels

Post-judgement::appeal at upper court(s), second appeal and against partial reliefs also

Wife is asking divorce right, if you are OK for it, then do not attend to court court will pass exparty order and you will get divorce early then no need to go to court.... thats all.
