Experience certificate and final settlement

My previous company has not yet provided me experience and relieving letters and also the last month salary is also pending. I have resigned from this company 3 months back.
According to the clause in offer letter
it is said in 90 days they will clear everything. How should I move forward?

Request the ex-employer for early issue of the relieving / experience certificate as well as release of your dues. If not responded positively within 15 days issue legal notice through a local lawyer.

90 days is enough of reasonable time you have given your company send a legal notice through your lawyer about taking due course of further action on your previous company of employment . without anymore waste of time

Hope you have acknowledgement of your resignation and handed over all company stuff too.
