Expediting the 498 case in the criminal court

Dear Experts,

Police has put charges against my husband and in-laws in the criminal court. The very first hearing will come after 1 year.

I want that the criminal court takes trial of this case on regular basis and finishes the trial at the earliest.

Please tell me what can I do to expedite my case?

Usually how long it takes in the court till verdict is given by the court?
