Exparte divorce & timelimit

Hi All, If wife got exparte divorce, when husband is eligible to get second marriage? Immediately or is there any time limit? Please advice. Thanks for ur time.

If husband want he can go against the ex-parte order pased by court. And decree of divorce can be setaside. On the other hand husband can do marriage immediately. As in the instant case wife has taken divorce so no objection from any side he can do marriage. For more call 09910657998 mahavir singh advocate.

In case wife got ex-parte divorce decree,husband can remarry immediately.He need not to wait further as decree was sought by wife and she got relief in this regard.

Agreed with the views expressed by the above experts, however, just wait fora period of one month from the date of order to be on the safer side.

you have to wait till appeal period is over, you can not marry before the expiration of appeal period.

15 Divorced persons when may marry again. When a marriage has been dissolved by a decree of divorce and either there is no right of appeal against the decree or, if there is such a right of appeal, the time for appealing has expired without an appeal having been presented, or an appeal has been presented but has been dismissed, it shall be lawful for either party to the marriage to marry again.
