hi lawyers,

Will there be any drama by filing a petition for setting aside exparte. defendents fail to appear from long time and when the court decided to pass order they came in and filled petion to set aside exparte..

Pray the court to allow it with heavy costs and to continue the suit proceedings.

If defendants succeed to prove sufficient cause which prevented them to appear on hearing date then court may allow their petition subject to payment of cost.

If you oppose then their will be argument and will be posted for orders , if u say it may be allowed on cost it will be allowed and his delay tactics will be declined.
