Exit Interview After Resignation

Is it mandatory to attend exit interview when I resign from sbi. Can I decline it.

You have not posted the complete facts. Anyhow, the failure to attend the exit interview could adversely affect the BGV in a subsequent employment.

It is formal to attend exit interview with the sole aim of organisation to know qua reasons for leaving it.
