During the course of the execution proceedings wherein the property of the JDR is already under attachment and also the JDR had expired. What further steps i need to take towards realisation of my decreed amount. Pls guide me.

You can apply for the sale of attached property.

Firstly you have to bring the LR's of judgment debtor on record after that apply for sale of atteched property.
