execution petition against compromise

is execution petition maintainable against compromise under ni act.when the complainant is dismissed on the basis of said compromise.compromise is not lokadalat compromise

Generally, those compromise documents specifically state withdrawal of EP etc. if such draft is prepared by an advocate. However, the involvement of both advocates is necessary to enter into a compromise to safeguard individual interests. If there is violation of such compromise terms and conditions, EP should continue as mutual trust is involved in such compromise.
