Your’s valuable advices always help me to fight against false cases of DV & 498A etc. filed by my wife and in the continuation of my quaries, here I have a fresh questions, is:
- Is the “Execution” of RCR (U/s-9) is mandatory to get the benefit in Divorce Case?
- If a Divorce Case has been filed after one year of stipulated period without execution of RCR (especially in Ex-parte case) then what will be the effect on divorce case?
