I have ord in ref case of ida in which back wages n reinstate was passed company has not complied to the said order and not moved to high court to challeged the said ord so want to knw under which section would file execution petition n pls share any format for the same

If you have the order copy then you can file an execution petition under the normal execution laws itself before the execution court

Awards/Orders of Labour court can be executed by civil courts having jurisdiction u/order 21 C.P.C.
