Hi All,
I got Visitation order for my child u/s 21 of DV act.
My wife not following the order , so i need to file execution of order.
Can someone pls help me with the format of same or its just a simple application where i request for the fast execution of JMFC order.
I heard summons are delivered for the same , thus if someone can help me with correct format , template it will be helpful.

Drafting a execution petition will depend upon the circumstances of the case, consult a local lawyer and with his help draft a petition and observe the other formalities namely summons etc, and proceed.
