Dear Sir/ Mam,
In a suit for injunction, the Court issued show cause notice. The summons of suit served on the Defendant,but the Defendant didn't appear in the suit matter. The suit proceeded ex parte with Plaintiffs evidence. In such circumstances, how to execute ex parte decree against the defendant. Pl guide.
