I got a decree of specific performence in lower court which is confirmd in first appeal at district court.
In the decree 60 days are given to execute sale deed.
But I heard that he has 90 days time to appeal in high court. aroung 50 days hav passes but no appeal in filed in HC( Punjab and haryana).
Should I file decree execution on 61 st day or wait for 90 days. My lawer advised me to wait for 90 days. I could not understand the reason. Is it corect ? Please help.

Wait till 90 days from the date of ready of First Appeal certified copy of the order.
