Kindly review the existing agreement and see if there is any provision of renewal clause. If there is any, then draft a agreement giving the reference of expired term of the old agreement and extend the term of the agreement which would become Addendum to the Agreement. You can get the same printed on stamp paper of back date and notarised the same.
