WHY TO STOP IT ?
Under the circumstances, it is best to start business of "photostat or xerox" and join the association and mint money.
Why to oppose, when you can see an oppurtunity. Atleast you can get your own photocopies for literally free of cost. Photocopying business is a un-regulated business and there is nothing illegal about it.
