Victim (Private)     30 June 2013

@Rahul/Shriks/Archana,

That's what I want to know. Can my family go there without me and ask for time? I am currently in another city and to go there would mean another 20,000 loss + unplanned leave in office. I had already made 3-4 visits there and that itself have costed me around 1 lacs. I want to avoid all this till mediation happens.

Can my family alone go there and request for time? They too are accused and case is against them too? Can't they go and explain on my behalf as well? Meanwhile we can search for a good lawyer.

Thanks

How can the divorce case be against your family.....???

Actually, they have filed the divorce case on the basis of the FIR only. Because we did so and so, that's why she needs divorce. So I thought that way. But I got your point. In that case, we need to find a lawyer.

Hope we get a good one. The case is in one of the districts of Haryana. A lawyer from Chandigarh would be good. Do you have any references?
