Ex parte order in consumer court

Dear Sir

i had filed a district consumer court around 10 months back and opposite party had never appeared, i had prayed for compensation of Rs 50,000 , and as now the District forum has issued EX- Party Order against BAnk?

Does it mean that i would get my whole compensation amount without difficuty or is it equal to relief to me?

Ex-Parte order by Consumer Forum  against your opposite party Bank does not mean that Forum  has accepted your calim and will grant   the relief sought by you ,It simply mean that Forum will hear and decide your complaint in absence of  opposite party bank but on merits.

I agree with Mr Bhartesh Goyal, Sir
