Dear Team,

My wife has taken ex party divorce from me on June 2009 , we have two girl kids and both are under my custody and currently i am staying with my kids in different house that belong to my parents , however my wife is still staying in my HOUSE without  vacating. In her Ex party divorce she didnt claim for any Alimoney.

Now kindly advise the following

How to vacate her from my house .( legally ) and is that possible.

Does she has any hold on me still or she can claim maintaince still inspite of getting the ex-party divorce on 2009 ?
