hi, after u get ur Ex-Partee Decree…

1. The Decree of the court be sent to your wife via your adovocate/court for her Information so that the date and contents are known to her

2. After expiry of thirty days if she doesnot apply "chad jao ghodi" lekin ab sambhalke .. Ghodiya par kabhi bhi barosa nahi karna chaiyeee

1. Send her the decree for her info via court/advocate

2. wait for 30 days from the date of dispatch

3. marry again with caution

The girl has filed for a divorce, her husband has not responded to any of the summons for court hearings, now an advertisement is given, next hearing is soon. Will he be declared an Ex-party in this hearing, if yes, when will the divorce be granted ???
