Ex-owner refusing to move out

Hello,

I bought land in Kerala with a small house, now ex-owner refusing to move out saying they have not found anywhere to move to and have debts , what should I do?

Has the ex-owner executed the legal docs (sale deed etc.) in your name or not?

Have you made the full payment of that house to the ex-owner ?

Yes all legal docs in my name and all payments made.

He is a trespasser,get a lawyer and soon he would be out.

(Assuming you must be having a document declaring that he has delivered a peaceful possession to you.)

Is it possible to ask Police to help?

Yeah, I think police people can b helpful but I am not sure get an advocate asap and if police does not help approach the Court.

No other way out.Me thinks.
