Ews for married men

I am a married man, we are staying separated from both parents and parents in law. We have own ration card, rented house etc. We both are earning and living our family life.

Question is, for above case whose all income, properties are considered while applying for EWS certificate for central govt purpose for my self. Also same scenario for my wife aswell.
