Evidence open

What is the provision for reopen evidence in DV act 2005

Quick Summary
In DV Act 2005 cases, reopening evidence follows criminal procedure. It is advisable to file a petition under Section 311 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) to reopen or recall a witness. This section allows for the recall of any witness if the court considers it necessary for a just decision.
