Dear Sir,
the tenat problem in Tamilnadu state We have eviction order from District munsif court. The tenant didn't paid the rent.no response to conditional order for nor non payment of rent. for 43 months. building demolition & reconstruction is the main petition in RCOP.
Is the tenant has any chances to go for appeal? can he block the Eviction order?how long will take to evict the tenant?

As per eviction order, the tenant has to follow. Otherwise you can file in the same court execution petition.

The eviction order is exparty. The tenant trying put false complaint against my family. can he get injunction again? the EP filed in the same court . how long it'll take to evict the tenant?
