Dear Sirs,
kindly advise me, we got an eviction order from District Munsif court in Erode district. the tenant didn't paid the rent for 48 months, under section 11 (4). we have filed the papers. will it take long time to evict the tenant? it's mentioned that the tenant to vacate in 2 months.
