Dear Experts,
The Hon. Family Court has passed a decree of Divorce ( Filed by me on CRUELTY) in my favour but my ex wife is still occupying 2 of the rooms in my house. The appeal period is going to be over soon. I am contemplating to file an EVICTION SUIT against her and need your guidance as Supreme Court has ruled that a divorced wife can only be evicted with due process of law.
1. Is filing an EVICTION Suit only way to throw her out ?
2. . Is it going to backfire ? In case she appeals in HC later.
3. Where to file the EVICTION SUIT and what should be the contents in my case?
4. Any other important points?
