Eviction of tenant

Dear lawyers,

 

I have a property which was given to rent in 2006 .I didnt put any agreement till now. Due to my financial problems I am planning to sell my party and I also put the sale agreement for this.I didnt collect the rent from last three months since i informed them about my plans.Till now they didnt vacate. What should I do now.

Please help me to resolve this.

You have committed a blunder, I am sorry to say this... 

Request them, cajole them by hook or crook acquire the possession of the property even if you have to forego 3 months rent.

because legally without big delay you cannot get the possession it may go fr years... So first have possession then plan to sell.
