Eviction of tenant

I need a reliable lawyer based in Kolkata. My tenant in Garia Flat is not paying rent since last 2 month and blocked me in mobile & other social media. I told her to vacate but she is rigid to continue till contract end. I want to vacate the flat as till contract end I will not get a single money. The Contract ends on November.

Give a Notice of eviction due to non-payment of rent, which is the most common cause of eviction, a 15-day notice is required.

Default in rental payment i a very good reason for evicting the tenant.

You first issue a legal notice instructing the tenant to vacate for the reasons that rent was not paid and after that you can file an eviction suit.
