can anybody tell me that the ware house having 10 employees and they are not using power for their process can also cover under ESI?

Hi,
The Employee State Insurence Act(ESI) is applicable to the factories employing 10 or more persons.
The employees whose gross salary is less than equal to Rs. 15000/- per month will fall under ESI
