Kindly guide for the execution of equitable mortgage deed (by deposit of titles) in hyderabad.
1. amount of stamp duty. (Kindly provide copy of stamp act of andhra pradesh as it is not available on net)
2. Registration fees payable
3. list of documents to be deposit as title deed.

as regards the stamp duty and registration is concerned you may verify the same with the office of the sub-registrar's office within whose jurisdiction the property/land is situate. So far as the documents are concerned documents like original sale deed, declarations, indemnity and in case of society like original share certificate, allotment letter, other permissions of authorities etc are to be submitted. The rates of stamp duty and registration vary from states to states.
