eqnuiry petition - false 498

My inlaws put fasle 498 without any summon, enquiry, statement they give money to local police. and FIR is registered. i got the Acnticparoty bail.

My question is can we take any action to re enquire the 498 FIR. How ?? please help.????????????

1. getting AB is half battle WON.

2. Why you worried if you say it is false case then you will be acquitted at the end.

3. However you may now RTI PHQ for procedure followed as per Rules in FIR registration dependent on your State / location Circular.
